LOCATION
The Farmhouse is located in a tranquil hamlet, a 10-min drive from Gordes. It is a 50 minute drive from Marseille’s, Marignane airport (British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair), 35 minutes from the TGV station at Avignon and 30 minutes from Avignon airport. Nîmes airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away and Montpellier 1 and a half hours away. Although only 15 minutes from the A7 motorway the house is in the depth of the Luberon countryside in peaceful and pretty surroundings.

The Farmhouse can be rented together with the Loft.


THE FARMHOUSE
Every room has its own charm and a wireless internet connection. The living room has satellite television and radio as well as a dvd player with films for adults and children. You will be provided with guide books and maps of the area, and on arrival, you will receive a welcome pack containing essentials such as milk, butter, bread, tea and coffee.

First floor:
The accommodation is composed of
a large twin/double bedroom with en suite luxury bathroom. (bathtub/walk-in shower/double washhand basins & separate WC.)

The other twin and double bedroom share the second shower room with walk-in shower, wc, wash hand basin and washing machine.

Second floor:
The light and airy living/dining room is open-plan with the kitchen. There are wonderful views from this air conditioned room and its adjoining large terrace, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining.


RENTAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS  
• On arrival we will make sure that you receive a Welcome Pack containing essentials such as milk, butter, coffee and tea.

• All electricity, air conditioning and heating is included in the rental rates. (There is air conditioning on the top floor living room of the 3 bedroom house. The other rooms remain very cool in the summer)

• A cleaner will come once during the week and once at the weekend.

• We ask that you leave the house in decent condition - but the cleaner will thoroughly clean up at the end of your stay. If you wish the cleaner to come more often this can be organised at an extra charge.

• All sheets and towels are provided including pool towels.

• Full access to use of Tennis Court, Swimming Pool and Table Tennis. Please note that the Tennis court is not in ‘pristine’ condition.

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven and fridge with small freezer in the 3 bedroom house.

• Iron & ironing board in both houses. Hairdryers are provided in the bedrooms. Cots on request.

• No smoking is allowed inside the houses. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept pets.
