THE HOUSE
Magnificent restored 'Mas' in the Luberon countryside, with beautiful views, in a pleasant and peaceful area close to Lourmarin which is regarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Provence.

The traditional 'pierres apparentes' stone wall house has been tastefully renovated and sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms. Much thought and care went into the interior decoration, and this home truly exudes a luxurious atmosphere.

On the ground floor you'll find a light and airy living room with a large Provencal fireplace and beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. From the living room doors open onto a magnificent outside terrace with beautiful views of the garden and towards the Luberon mountains.

On the ground floor there's also a seperate dining room with doors to the terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen with doors opening onto an outside terrace with a large dining table. The ground floor has a separate shower room with toilet, which is accessible from the pool area.

Upstairs are 3 uniquely decorated bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. On the upper level you'll also find a small 'salon'.

Villa Les Fortunes is surrounded by a pretty landscaped garden, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and towards the Luberon mountains. In the garden you'll find the large pool; the pool area offers the same spectacular views, which can be enjoyed from the comfortable deck chairs.

LOCATION
Villa Les Fortunes is located 3 km from the charming village of Ansouis, where you'll find a restaurant, a bar and several shops, and 10 km from the lively village of Lourmarin. It is a 50 mins. drive from Marseille’s Marignane airport (British Airways, EasyJet, Ryanair), and 45 mins. from Aix-en-Provence's TGV station.

Although only 20 minutes from the A51 motorway the house is in the depth of the Luberon countryside in peaceful and pretty surroundings.
