1. Do I need to make a down payment?

We ask for a 25% down payment within 8 days of the contract date. The final balance payment is due 2 months before arrival. If your arrival is within 2 months from the contract date we ask for full payment within 8 days of the contract date.

The final balance payment is due 2 months before arrival.

3. Do I need to return a signed copy of the contract?

You do not have to return a signed copy of the contract. Receipt of your down payment by the owner of the house constitutes your acceptance of this contract.

4. When do you confirm my down payment?

When it comes to international money transfers sometimes banks do tend to take their time, so we will check and confirm your down payment after 8 days only. Please note: you do not need to send us proof of payment, we will check your payment after the payment due date. We will confirm your payment as soon as the owner reports the payment as received; this might take a few days.

5. When do you confirm my final payment?

We will check your final payment the day after the payment due date. We will confirm your payment as soon as the owner reports the payment as received; this might take a few days.Please note: When it comes to international money transfers sometimes banks do tend to take their time, so please allow 5 working days for your transfer to be processed.

6. Do I need cancellation insurance?

We ask a non-refundable down payment so please do take out insurance against trip cancellation or interruption. You may have this insurance as part of annual travel insurance plan you might already have in place. If not, you need to take out this insurance within a few days of booking a rental.

7. Who will welcome me at the house?

About 3 weeks before your arrival we will send you an access route description. A caretaker will welcome you at the house, arrival times and caretaker details will be in the access route description.

8. How do I get the keys to the house?

9. What is the exact location of the house?

The location on the map is accurate. Please contact us if you need the GPS coordinates.

10. Is smoking permitted inside the house?

Smoking is permitted outside only.

11. Can I bring my dog?

The houses which will accomodate dogs have 'pets allowed' listed as rental condition. If pets are not allowed, in some cases a small well behaved dog will be allowed on request.

12. Which cleaning services are included?

All house include weekend cleaning and end cleaning, at no extra charge. Some houses also have a mid-week cleaning service included, this will be listed as a rental condition.

13. Is linnen included?

Sheets, towels and pool towels are allways included.

14. Does the house have laundry facilities available?

All houses have laundry facilities (washer & dryer) available.

15. Is pool heating available?

Some houses do offer pool heating, this will be listed as a rental condition. If extra charges apply these will be listed as well.

16. Can you tell me about restaurants/shops/stores etc. in the neigborhood?

With confirmation of your final payment we will send you our Provence MiniGuide, which contains information about our favourite restaurants, wines, local markets and tours & hikes.

17. When will you return my security deposit?

About 3 weeks before your arrival we will ask you for your bank data, to facilitate the return of your damage deposit. This will be transferred into your bank account soonest after your departure, after the deduction of possible damages.

I am Simone, an interior designer from The Netherlands. I've been living in Provence for thirty years; together with my husband I ran a B&B near l'Isle sur la Sorgue and now I help you find your dream holiday home!
