Residence St-Tropez is situated within a recently renovated residence near the village of Grimaud, which offers 8 luxury apartments in a calm and peaceful environment. The apartment we rent is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned; it has two spacious bedrooms with a 160 cm bed each, 2 large shower rooms, a separate toilet, an American kitchen and a living room, which makes this the ideal apartment for a stay for 2 or 4 people. The location allows you to combine the beautiful beaches, the mythical festive atmosphere in Saint-Tropez and the calm of the residence and the village of Grimaud.
Outside you will have a large private garden (200m2) with plancha corner and a shed to store bicycles, and a private covered terrace 'Azuréenne' (with columns) of 40m2. You will also be able to enjoy the communal pétanque court, the beach volleyball court, the indoor swimming pool (heated in April/May and September/October) and above all the beautiful outdoor swimming pool (16 x 6m) which is set in a magnificent secure and wooded park of 7,000 m². Two secure parking spaces are available.
Grimaud is situated in the South of France on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, which comprises the hinterland of Saint-Tropez set between the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of the Massif des Maures. Grimaud itself is a magnificent authentic village, offering all amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Nearby towns are Gassin, Gogolin, Ramatuelle, Sainte-Maxime and of course in the middle of it all: Saint-Tropez. The countryside is hilly, with forests of 'pin parasols' and vineyards, famous for their white and rosé wines. The town of Grimaud is 3km away (shops and restaurants) and Saint-Tropez a mere 6 km.
The nearest beach is at 6 km on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the world famous 'Plage de Pampelonne' is only 7 km away. Access to the apartment is easy: directly from the motorway A8 without having to pass through sometimes busy Sainte-Maxime. Nice Airport is a 1 hour and 20 minutes' drive (100 km).

We had a wonderful vacation in the house in Grimaud. The house is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the little details of superb taste everywhere in the house. The pool was nice and the garden and terrace amazing. Everything worked out well and the caretaker was fantastic too. Thanks also to the owners for the tips of restaurants and things to explore in the area. We are looking forward to rent a house in France through Homes in Provence again!

We had an amazing time at Villa Saint-Tropez! The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The private garden and terrace were a plus. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool and the communal pétanque court. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation.

Villa Saint-Tropez was perfect for our holiday in the south of France. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We enjoyed the big private garden and terrace and the indoor and outdoor pools were a big success for our family. Grimaud is a lovely village and we had great time hiking in the nearby hills. Being close to famous Plage de Pampelonne and other beaches made it easy to spend our days at the water. We strongly recommend this apartment.

Our stay at Villa Saint-Tropez was a dream come true! The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the private garden and terrace were a highlight for us.
