Villa La Sorgue is a lovely village house on the edge of the Luberon National Park. It is located in the charming little village of Velleron, known for its farmers market: several days a week you can walk to the market and sample local seasonal products. The house is an ideal starting point for wonderful road bike or mountain bike trips in the Monts du Vaucluse and the Luberon.
Villa La Sorgue comfortably sleeps four and offers several distinct spaces so that you can enjoy some extra privacy. The main house includes a kitchen, dining and living room with a wood stove and a small lounge, as well as a bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet. In the garden you will find the garden bedroom, designed as a separate space with bathroom and toilet. This bedroom als has a private terrace. The house and the garden bedroom both have air conditioning.
Villa La Sorgue is surrounded by a lovely Provencal garden, crossed by a natural stream. In the garden you can enjoy the swimming pool with its beach and deckchairs. Under the mulberry tree there is a shaded area for lunch, or to set up the deckchairs with your feet in the grass by the stream. You can park your cars safely on the property. A small shed is available to store your bikes or other equipment and to charge your electric bikes.
Villa La Sorgue is located in the village of Velleron, just a few kilometers from the center of the lively town of l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antique market and shops, and just a 15 minutes drive from the enchanting village of Gordes. The Provence Country Club (18-holes) is only a few minutes drive from the house.
It is only a 30 mins. drive to the historical town of Avignon and its TGV train station. Marseille airport is an hour's drive, and the autoroute A7 is 20 car minutes away.

Only positive feedback! We really enjoyed our stay. We really loved the house and the caretaker was amazing! She was very friendly and passionate about the house and the area. She gave us many very good tips for trips and restaurants. Big thanks!! The house was exactly what we hoped for: spacious, very stylish, with a great garden, relatively small but nice pool and with air conditioning in the house (was needed with the 37 degrees :-). No points for improvement possible! We would love to come again!

Our two week stay in Villa La Sorgue in Provence was amazing! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The caretaker was lovely! She gave us great recommendations and helped make our stay extra special. We enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful garden and pool. It is situated in a convenient location close to many towns and sites. We loved walking to the local farmers market in the evenings and walking to the delicious bakery in the morning. It truly was a very special two weeks. We would definitely visit again!

We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa La Sorgue. The entire property with house and garden is very high quality, selected and lovingly designed and equipped - feels very good. The caretaker was always there for us and gave us a lot of interesting information about excursions, restaurants, shopping etc. We’d love to come back!

Villa La Sorgue is very pleasant to live in, quiet, pretty, tastefully decorated both inside and outside. The garden is very elaborate and harmonious, you feel really good there, especially in the evening under the coolness of the Mulberry tree. We spent 15 days there very pleasantly. It is nice to be able to park the car on the premises. The welcome and attention given by the hosts is very sincere and comforting!

The house is just lovely - beautifully planned and thoughtfully finished with elegant touches throughout. The garden is a joy to look at and to be in. Very nicely put together and planted. The caretaker is also a joy - she couldn't be more cheerful, helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble! We loved our stay and the authentic village atmosphere. Well done to you all!

We had a wonderful time in Velleron. The house was superb, the location was exactly what we were looking for and the owner was fantastic, helping us with tips for the area, etc. There is honestly nothing we can think of that can be improved, apart from the fact that we weren't able to stay another week as you were already booked!
