Close to the charming Provencal village of Lourmarin, right in the heart of the Luberon, you will find beautiful Villa Luberon Sud. This luxurious 'Mas' with traditional stone walls has been lovingly restored and sleeps up to 10, offering every comfort you might wish for. The villa is perched on a hilltop and the house and surrounding terraces offer magnificent 360° panoramic views of the countryside and the Luberon mountains. Villa Luberon Sud is set in a very quiet and peaceful location on grounds of 7,000 m².
The house offers 3 large terraces facing South, North & East, so a place in the shade or in the sun is allways available.
The large pool (10x6m) sports a fully equipped poolhouse with shower and toilet, pizza oven, bread oven, grill and a fridge, so you will be able to make the most of life outdoors.
The terrain is fully fenced off with an electric gate and is secured with a camera system, the pool is secured with a fence. There is private parking on the premises.
Villa Luberon Sud has a large living in traditional Provencal style with doors opening up onto the North terrace with beautiful views of the Luberon and the South terrace which faces the pool area. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
The villa can accomodate up to 10 people. You'll have a master bedroom with its own bathroom and 3 double bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. At the lower level there is a separate bedroom with bathroom, which has its own entrance. The upper level of the house is air conditioned. All rooms have a televison set with a selection of national and international channels.
Villa Luberon Sud is located close to the charming Provencal village of Ansouis, where you'll find restaurants, bars and several shops, 5 km from the lively village of Pertuis and 10 km from beautiful Lourmarin.
Aix-en-Provence is 20 mins by car, it's a 50 mins. drive from Marseille’s Marignane airport, and 45 mins. from Aix-en-Provence's TGV station.
Although only 20 minutes from the A51 motorway the house is in the depth of the Luberon countryside in peaceful and pretty surroundings. You'll find a 18-hole golf course near Manosque, at 35 km.

Everything was perfect, lots of dishes, top equipment, cleanliness in the area. Closed swimming pool important for the supervision of our grandchildren. We have had a great week and it is with pleasure that we will come back!

We had a truly wonderful week at Villa Luberon Sud! The owners were there to meet us and gave us plenty of information about the villa and so we did not need them for the rest of the week. Helene kindly gave me her phone number just in case I needed anything. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and was very clean when we arrived. We spent most of our time in the pool and eating in the fabulous outdoor kitchen- it was exactly what we needed! The house is very well equipped and the indoor and outdoor showers were very much appreciated. The comfy seats on the terrace were used every evening as we enjoyed an after dinner drink. The location was perfect for us as we used our car to travel around the beautiful villages and towns of The Luberon. Every morning we picked up fresh croissants and bread from the boulangerie at Ansouis and sat on the east terrace facing the morning sun to eat our breakfast. We have had the best family holiday ever thanks to the amazing Villa Luberon Sud! We hope to return in a couple of years - thank you so much!

We loved to stay in Villa Luberon. It was a very comfortable and well equipped both inside and outside. We adored the outdoor kitchen and made all the food there. The garden and the house was spacious for 9 people, and had a lot of spots where you could be on your own relaxing if you felt for it. It was also a airy house and garden despite 35 degrees. Since we are nordic and not used to warm weather, we needed to use electric fans in some bedrooms during the night. The pool area was well used both for children and adults. We adored the 3 outdoor showers. The view from the one outside the master bedroom was stunning. The owner was service minded and really has an eye for details in decorating. We got that personal feeling that we borrowed a house from people that live there themselves and not only a house for rentals. We hope to come back one day and we will recommend this property to friends. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to rent the house for one week, we have no complaints, it could not have been better, it was everything we dreamt of and more!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Villa Luberon Sud. The villa is absolutely delightful and spacious with wonderful views from every angle. Great care has been given to the furnishings. It is set in lovely grounds with a long gated drive. The house is complemented by a fabulous outdoor kitchen/dining space which we used most nights. The swimming pool was delightful and well maintained. Helene and Michel were extremely welcoming and helpful and were available at a few minutes notice when we had minor problems. Both kitchens were extremely well equipped. All the linen and towels including pool towels and robes were well presented. We would certainly hope to return in the future.

Our stay was indeed very relaxed and delightful.To us and our children and grandchildren, it feels like a 'second home' coming back after 4 years. Our holiday at Luberon-Sud was really wonderful. We received a warm welcome from Helene and her son. The villa is nicely located on a hill which provides for beautiful views over the valley and the hills of Luberon. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The absolute highlight is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen. We loved having breakfast at Volpert in Ansouis which by the way is a lovely small little village close by. We have recommended this villa already to multiple friends and we plan to come back.

Good location for tours, hiking and biking, nice views, a lot of space and what was very good for us with 2 small children was the fence around the pool We loved the pizza oven, but there are many good restaurants all around though! We surely do recommend this villa!
