Villa Méditerranée is a comfortable home that has been styled by professionals, you will love the contemporary decor in the blue and white colors of the beach and the sea and especially the breathtaking views, from all bedrooms and from the three large seaside terraces. The house is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped Mediterranean garden.
On the main level Villa Méditerranée offers a large living and fully equipped kitchen. On this level you have a double bedroom and a children's bedroom with 3 beds, with these two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. On the upper level there's a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the lower level you'll have a you have a small sitting area/tv room, with doors opening up onto the lower outside terrace. From this terrace you have access to the fourth bedroom, also a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
All bedrooms, the living and the kitchen give direct access to an outside terrace where you will also find the pool. The terraces offer unobstructed views of the Mediterranean coast and the islands of Port Cros, Porquerolles and Ile du Levant. It is a true pleasure to watch the yachts sail out to the islands in the morning, or to have dinner looking out over the bay of Lavandou with its glistening evening lights!
Villa Méditerranée is located close to Le Lavandou and the charming village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, opposite the islands of Port Cros, Porquerolles and Ile du Levant. The villages of Grimaud , Cogolin, Gassin, Ramatuelle and of course St-Tropez are all within easy reach. It is an hours' drive from Marseille-Marignane airport, 2 hrs from Nice airport and 90 mins from Aix-en-Provence TGV station.

Our family spent 12 wonderful days in the comfortable Villa Mediterranee and that with 3 generations. Our little one was 9 month. There was enough space for all different needs. So we liked the very well-equipped kitchen and the various seating areas around the house with the beautiful mediterranean garden and pool. The most beautiful was to experience the blue hour together on the large seaside terrace with breathtaking view and a glas Rose’ Leoube. We loved this place, especially the illumination. A short walk to the sea was also nice. We also visited Porquerolles, Bormes le Mimosa, St. Tropez… In the wintertime, when snow will fall we will remember this paradise spot on earth and our best summer holidays by the sea. We really loved this place! Beautiful interior, beautiful sea views especially from the terrace in front of the living. Charming private beach well worth the walk down. The beach has a 'plagiste' restaurant for morning coffees and a lovely lunch. When you walk down to the beach you pass a small grocery store, but if you arrive late you might want to stock up at one of the large supermarkets near the large roundabout just before le Lavandou. We had a really great time, spend lots of time on the beach and around the house, but also visited Porquerolles and the other islands. You should also make sure to visit Bormes-les-Mimosas, such a lovely village! Thanks so much, we loved it!

Thank you for sharing your lovely Villa Méditerranée with us. My husband and son played tennis quite a bit in the domaine. We got out to Île de Porquerolles and biked over to Plage Notre-Dame (and enjoyed lunch at Plage d'Argent). We also spent time at Les Sables d'Or in Cavalière enjoying various water activities on offer (like parasailing) and L'Ancre d'Or in Rayol Canadel which was so peaceful plus it was ideal to have the raft to swim out to and enjoy!

We would like to say to you that Villa Mediterranée was really what we expected and needed! It's been great!! It is a fabulous house, with very big, open and bright areas and rooms and a really fresh deco. We will really miss its two incredible terraces facing the sea where we enjoyed lots of hours. Really easy to get the private beach even with the kids (5 minutes walking) and well located for our "expeditions" to Monaco, Provence villages, Saint Tropez and the lovely Porquerrolles island. Kids didn't want to leave. That all said!! Thank you for everything, we had a really nice experience and of course would recommend this house to everyone!

We had a wonderful week at the Villa Mediterranee. We loved the fact that the beach, the little epicerie and restaurant were all within walking distance. Day trips to Cassis and St. Tropez were unforgettable. And the house itself was a dream. So beautifully decorated and the view was stunning. The caretaker was very helpful and kind as well. It really was the perfect vacation home, we would love to go back!
