In the heart of the Luberon national park, near the charming small town of Apt and the village of Saignon, Villa Sivergues offers a luxurious retreat in a beautifully renovated Provencal Mas dating back to the 18th century. The house enjoys an elevated position and offers exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the Vaucluse mountain range and Mt. Ventoux.
Villa Sivergues is set in lush and green surroundings of 10ha, with the traditional Provencal 'restanques' (stone walls), planted with oak, pines, cypresses, fig trees and cherry trees. The domain has a beautiful old pond, from where you can enjoy lovely views of Saignon en Caseneuve, a charming 'borie' (an old sheppard's shelter) and there is an olive grove. The domain also has its own hiking trail, leading you all around the property, up to the plateau naar de 'Rocher des Druïdes' and back to the house again.
Villa Sivergues's volume is impressive, with 400m² of luxurious living space and 8 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. It will comfortably host up to 16. The house consists of two parts, the main house and the annexe a few feet away, with the fully equipped summer kitchen in between.
The main house has a professionally equipped open kitchen with a dining table for 16 guests, and a bright and spacious living room with large windows and comfortable sofas. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a beautiful terrace with spectacular views, and two double bedrooms also with bathrooms en suite. On the second floor you'll have another bedroom with its own bathroom. The annexe offers 4 rooms: one on the ground floor sleeping three, with bathroom en suite, and on the first floor three double bedrooms all with bathrooms en suite. Both the main house and the annexe are equipped with air conditioning.
There are several terraces on offer to enjoy an al fresco lunch or dinner, and between the main house and the annexe you will have a well equipped summer kitchen.
In the garden you will find the large pool, measuring 18 x 3m. The pool is secured with an alarm and a fence. A table tennis table is available. and there is ample parking on the premises.
Villa Sivergues is close to the charming little town of Apt. The house is just a 5 minutes drive from the beautiful Luberon village of Saignon, about 40 miles east of Avignon, 15 minutes from Bonnieux, 25 minutes from Lacoste and Menerbes, 30 minutes to Gordes and l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (famous for its antique shops) and 50 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. You'll find a 9-hole golf course near Villars, at 15 minutes, and a beautiful course near Pierrevert at 40 minutes. There's also a 18-hole golf course near Saumane, at 40 minutes as well.

Thank you - we had a wonderful time and loved the house. It was brilliant for a large group like us with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and great long tables both outside and inside for meals. It is stylishly furnished, and what a view! It was well placed for lovely walks and for visiting the surrounding villages, markets, etc. The caretakere was very welcoming and helpful and immediately responded to any requests. All in all it was a huge success, and everyone wants to go back next year!

We had a great family week at Villa Sivergues. The house is really very pleasant and large enough for our family. The location near Apt is perfect and allows easy access to the most beautiful sites in the Luberon, the view is superb. We met several times with the owners, who did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would also like to thank you because we had already rented in Beaume de Venise through you in the summer of 2015 and we were also very satisfied.

We were with 8 adults, enough space for everyone, easy to find a place to read a book or do yoga or to meet up next to the swimming pool... our holidays went very well, one week was a little too short! to visit the villages with their markets, to walk and cycle, to swim, to visit the surrounding vineyards and the pretty towns with their museums etc. 2 weeks would be better!
